This was the second time I have used Duff’s. The first was for a commercial project and this time on a home renovation project. Both experiences were seamless transactions. I deal with a lot of contractors/vendors and what I love about Duff’s is how they respond, communicate and deliver as promised. Truly a first class operation.

Matt MDuff’s really took care of me and helped me out with my project. Called for a dumpster and it was there within a few hours. Tim the driver was friendly and got the dumpster in and out despite snow and ice. Darra is very helpful getting everything set up and easy to communicate with. Overall I’m really happy with the service and everything was very professional! I would be happy to use them again!

She was flexible with my scheduling and responded quickly to my questions. The driver, Lee, arrived promptly, gave suggestions on loading the dumper and picked it up on time. I would also add that I found the service to be reasonably priced.
